Lucy has represented some of the most unique real estate in Bethlehem, both residential and commercial. A seasoned industry veteran, her clients and peers recognize her as both as a knowledgeable and “colorful” agent, an outspoken individual who will go to great lengths for her fiercely loyal clientele. As past President of The Downtown Bethlehem Association, and owner of two successful Bethlehem restaurants, Lucy has insight to our merchant communities, that only a fellow merchant can grasp. Due to the fact that she is one of the most active realtors in the city, she was asked to teach real estate procedures and guide lines for Community Action Development Corporation of Bethlehem, and continues to do so.
While commercial real estate is a driving force, Lucy loves residential real estate also. First time home buyers are one of her specialties, given she has an entire team of professionals behind her to guide and assist all buyers and sellers in residential real estate.
Lucy chose real estate as a profession due to her great passion for her city, her appreciation of architecture and her sensibility of development.
Beyond real estate Lucy has strong ties to her community. Some of the many Boards she has/does serve on include The DBA, Capers, Best, GLVCC, and The Southside Historical Board. She is the first Bethlehem resident to be awarded the Governor’s Award from the Pa. Commission on Crime and Delinquency for her active participation in her city. She is also certified from the NCBI through the City of Bethlehem.
Lucy is the mother of 5 children, ranging in ages from 32-17, and grandmother to one spectacular grandson, age 9. A resident of Bethlehem since 2000, Lucy is originally from upstate NY, with an educational background in Fine Arts and Broadcasting. Lucy enjoys painting, golfing, reading and spending time with her family and dogs.
