Chris utilizes his extensive experience in real estate, finance, and a large network of community relationships to match buyers, sellers, and renters with commercial and residential real estate opportunities in the Lehigh Valley. In addition to sales and acquisitions, Chris has built or renovated more than 60 homes and has experience in zoning, land development, personal investment, real estate financing, and business development consulting. He served as the executive leader of the local Habitat for Humanity for eight years where he received local, state and national recognitions for his work in the community, helping disadvantaged children and families achieve affordable homeownership. He is also the Chairman of the Fountain Hill Planning Commission.
